There is a sign for excursion at the geneva bus station, our office is also situated just across on the 8 rue François Bonivard. The bus has the name of the tour with the brand Swisstours on it.

होटल से पिकअप उपलब्ध — Please be ready between 8h an 8h20 in the lobby, the driver does different hotels in this laps of time. It will says Swisstours on the bus. Don't forget your passport.

- There is a guide on the bus and at the cable car, an instructor for the paragliding experience and then you will have free time until the meeting time for the return
- Access to the Aiguille du Midi is subject to weather conditions and operational decisions on the day of the visit. Please note that we cannot guarantee its opening in advance, as conditions may affect access to the cable car.
- Cable car can be close from 4th of november to 20th of december due to maintenance

Decepcionante
Habia tantas nubes que me cancelaron el parapente. De todo el precio de la excursión me devolvieron 110€ relativos al parapente y el resto (como 250€) me lo cobraron por una excursión que ni loca habria pagado por hacer, pero ya estaba alli. 250€ por NO ver el mont blanc porque habia niebla, 1/3 del teleférico estaba cerrado por la nieve. Nos llevaron a ver un glaciar que no se veía por la niebla y luego veías una cueva de hielo que es basicamente una cueva artificial para ver el glaciar por dentro. Algo a lo que no habría ido nunca. Me cobraron 250€ por ir a ver niebla.

A day in heaven
Had a wonderul time in Chamonix and the paraglideing activity will probably live rent free in my mind for the rest of my life. Chamonix is a lovely town, I would suggest skipping the train ride to the ice cave and spend more time in the town as the cave itself wasn't really special and the scenery around it wasn't as good as the views that you get from simply walking around in Chamonix. All in all it was a wonderful day trip

Amazing paragliding but problematic communication and misleading advertising
The trip started off poorly. My trip details stated that a SwissTours bus would go around to hotels for pickup between 8:00 and 8:20, but an email that got caught in my junk mail folder the night before indicated that the company doesn't do hotel pickups. Even though the trip reservation was made weeks ahead of time, the notification that the trip details were incorrect was not provided until after payment and less than 24 hours before departure. The cancellation policy states, "Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted." However, the tour operator does not hold themselves to the same standard. After I went to the tour operator's office, they did arrange for transit two hours later, but everyone treated me like it was my fault for being late. They did not ask whether I could make it at the revised time and location. They did not call to confirm. When I got to Chamonix, the paragliding itself was an amazing experience that I would highly recommend. However, it is probably worth noting that you only take the cable car up halfway to the launch point for paragliding and cannot reuse the ticket. In other words, you get up to about 2200 meters and then debark; you do not go up to 3842 meters as advertised unless you want to buy another 75 Euro cable car ticket. It says in the trip description that the experience is weather-dependent, but I also noticed that some of the restaurants and shops close when it's not peak season, as well.

The worst tour operator i have ever encountered
They did not pick me up, from the agreed on location. They changed the location and pick up time, less than an hour of the original pick up time. The operator did not call me to confirm the changes, which led me to miss my trip that costs €800, and to top that, the operator refused my refund request !!!

Dont hesitate to book this tour
The trip was very unexpected. I booked it the day before the tour. I thought I just booked the paragliding, to my surprise it includes the cable car to Chamonix, get to the ice box, and ride the train to Montenvers. Richard, the one that helped me with the paraglide made me feel safe. I definitly recommend this tour.

Absolutely beautiful views. Absolutely beautiful opportunity. Pictures dont do it justice. The whole atmosphere an outstanding experience. Caroline was a great tour guide! We werent able to do paragliding due to weather ( understandable). Refunded for that portion. Lots of great people work within the community. Friendly. Kind. Willing to go the extra mile. Wish I had more time to do everything. Next time will drive there to get a longer experience. Would suggest this tour for anyone wanting to see Mont Blanc.
