From your arrival, we will be at your disposal to take care of all your transfers right up until your departure. Your local driver will greet you in the arrivals hall of Zurich Airport and lead you to your comfortable seat in a business-type vehicle equipped specifically with your comfort in mind. After your private transfer, which delivers you right to your hotel door, you can let your holiday begin with some leisure time for the remainder of the day. If you’re raring to go, you might want to freshen up and head out to enjoy the sites that Zurich has to offer, with information supplied in our guided brochure.

Optional: You also have the option to go on an excursion to the Gornergrat. The cogwheel railway takes you from Zermatt to 3’100 meters above sea level. This journey is an incredible way to marvel at the panoramic view of the Matterhorn. The ride takes 33 minutes and requires a vertical climb of 1,469 m. Train ticket prices from Zermatt to Gornergrat can start from as little as CHF 48.00 when you book in advance. The cost of tickets can vary depending on the time of day and class you book and are usually more expensive if you book on the day.

After a tasty breakfast at your hotel, your day will begin with a panoramic and gourmet train ride through the Alps by Glacier Express. You will pass through hundreds of tunnels and bridges to reach the Olympic village St. Moritz, traveling through the Jungfrau-Aletsch region and the Albula/Bernina landscapes on the way. ( * If Glacier Express train tickets are not available, land transportation will be provided to follow the mountain route). When you reach St. Moritz, your local driver will greet you and take you to your comfortable hotel to rest and recharge.

St. Moritz is designed for relaxation. You will have plenty of free time in the village and the whole day to take advantage of the SPA thermal baths in Ovaverva to regain lots of positive energy. The natural spas, combined with the amazing views of the mountains and valleys, will refresh your skin, body, and soul. Edelweiss, salt stones, alpine herbs, stone pines, and other natural treatments and massage methods are used here (treatments are not included in the entry ticket).

After a long relaxing day, you will be entirely ready to discover Heidiland, and later Liechtenstein. Your private ride will depart from St. Moritz at 09:00. Swiss Trip of a Lifetime!
May 18-27, 2025 So appreciate the AlpExcursion team for our 9 day Wonderland tour! They were there for us every day on time, always preparing us for the day with a text on what to expect, giving us a private, warm, and friendly tour, and being sensitive to our concerns along the way. We appreciated them continuing our trip even though it was just the two of us. Vera, Raquel (our favorite), David, Mrs. Ursula, Valdis, Paul, and Daniel were great, informative, and made us feel welcome. We loved seeing all the sites in Switzerland which were so breathtaking. Our favorites include Zermatt, Interlaken and the beautiful lakes at St Moritz. If you want a quality adventure, worth every Franc or US dollar you pay, you can’t go wrong with this company. An Unforgettable Swiss Adventure with Alp Excursions
Our journey through Switzerland (April 18-28, 2025) with Alp Excursions was simply extraordinary! From the first email to the final farewell, every moment was thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed. Our project manager, Anna, was incredible, professional, attentive, and so patient with all our questions and requests. She crafted a perfect itinerary that balanced sightseeing, culture, relaxation, and breathtaking natural beauty. Our drivers and tour guides, Philippe, Oscar, and Bogdan were fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about sharing the best of Switzerland with us. Every drive was smooth and scenic, and they added so many personal touches and insights that made the experience even more special. Every day was a highlight, whether it was standing before the Matterhorn, savoring authentic Swiss fondue, soaking in the luxurious spa at St. Moritz, or riding the Glacier Express through jaw-dropping alpine scenery. Thank you, Alp Excursions, Anna, Philippe, Oscar, and especially Bogdan, for making this once-in-a-lifetime journey absolutely perfect.
