For more than one century Cailler is calling Gruyère, in the heart of the Swiss Alps, its home. To this day, Maison Cailler continues to produce the finest chocolate creations, with fresh milk from local dairies, sustainable cocoa, finest ingredients and in-depth knowledge of the art of chocolate-making. One of the BEST parts of Switzerland
It was one of the best parts of my Switzerland trip: the trail was phenomenal, and the factory tour was like no other, especially the first section where it told you about the history of chocolate. Overall, an excellent visit!

Amazing visit! This a must see while in Gruyere!
The tour was automated, but very well done and provided a lot of information. Our entire group had a great time and learned a lot about the chocolate making process. The tasting at the end was the highlight.
