A “no show”! The guide...
A “no show”! The guide never showed up nor did any other guests. Guess they canceled it because of little signups without informing me!

Disappointing
This was very disappointing. 45 minutes before our tour we were notified that it was cancelled. No explanation was given and we didn’t have time to find another tour. I would recommend find a more reliable operator.

Basel City Tour
My husband and I booked a city tour for a Tuesday afternoon and were at the meeting site, ready to start the tour and then when no one was there, realized that the tour had been rebooked for the following day. We were only in the city of Basel for that Tuesday afternoon and were leaving for Strasbourg on Tuesday evening so the tour was never taken.
