After booking, you receive an immediate confirmation with all transfer details, including the pickup time and location in Basel, as well as the vehicle reserved for your group. On the day of travel, your professional driver arrives directly at your hotel, private address, or any preferred pickup point in Basel at the scheduled time. The driver assists with luggage and ensures everyone is comfortably seated before departure. You will then travel in a private, comfortable vehicle reserved exclusively for your group, heading from Basel toward the Alps. The journey takes approximately 3.5 to 4 hours, depending on traffic and weather conditions. During the trip, short comfort or photo stops can be arranged upon request. As Zermatt is a car-free village, the drop-off takes place in Täsch, the official access point to Zermatt. Your driver will assist you with your luggage and guide you to the shuttle train, which runs every 20 minutes and takes just 12 minutes to reach Zermatt. Upon arrival in Täsch, everything is arranged for a smooth and stress-free continuation of your journey to Zermatt.
