Step 1: Easy Booking & Coordination Once you book your transfer, we will contact you via WhatsApp or email to confirm your flight number. This is crucial—we track your flight in real-time, so even if your plane is delayed, your driver will be there exactly when you land. No extra charges for flight delays. Step 2: Warm Welcome at Zurich Airport (ZRH) Your professional driver will be waiting for you in the Arrivals Hall, holding a personalized sign with your name. No need to wander around looking for a taxi stand or train platforms with heavy bags. We meet you right after you clear customs. Step 3: Luggage Assistance & Boarding Relax while your driver helps you with your suitcases and leads you to your private vehicle. You will travel in a clean, climate-controlled car or minivan with a leather interior. We ensure there is plenty of space for all your luggage, strollers, or sports equipment. Step 4: Comfortable Drive to Basel The journey to Basel takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Forget the stress of train transfers or multiple stops. Our route is direct and scenic. Enjoy complimentary bottled water and the comfort of our leather seats while our driver handles all highway tolls, fuel, and traffic logistics. Step 5: Flexible Drop-off (City, Hotel, or Cruise Port) We provide a true door-to-door service. Whether you are heading to a hotel in Basel city center, a private residence, or the Basel Cruise Port (River Cruise Ships), we will drop you off exactly where you need to be. We take you right to the ship's gangway or the hotel lobby. Step 6: Arrival & Farewell Your service ends with a friendly farewell and assistance with your luggage once more. Our goal is to make your transition from Zurich to Basel the most relaxing part of your trip—all at a fixed, budget-friendly rate with no hidden surprises.
