Read the information over and over to know if you are taking a "guided" tour. We were hoping to get information about the places we were visiting. Our driver was very nice but only provided answers to our questions rather than point out things of interest on our way to and from Zurich. Our driver was a substitute for Mauricio who we had read good reviews about, and he seemed to be in a hurry to move us along and get back. We enjoyed the cable car ride and the views from the top as well as our quick lunch in Lauterbrunnen.

Beautiful sites, private taxi service
Wonderful place to visit. The only issue we had was getting picked up at our hotel. We had to repeated remind them of where we were. This is even after working with Viator to make sure our hotel was set as the origin. The driver was late because he went to the wrong place the morning of the tour. Don’t expect your driver to give you any history or background on the sites visited. This wasn’t a tour, it was a private transfer with “I’ll be back here to pick you up at this time”
