Booking: Enter your pickup address in Bern and your drop-off address in Zurich, or your flight time for Zurich Airport. You receive instant confirmation. The day before: Your driver contacts you by WhatsApp or SMS with his name, phone number and the vehicle details. Pickup: Your driver waits at your hotel, home or Bern station entrance with a name sign and helps with your luggage. The journey: Direct route via the A1 motorway, approx. 125 km and about 1h15–1h30 depending on traffic. No other passengers, no stops unless you ask. Bottled water on board; child seats available on request. Drop-off: At the departures level of Zurich Airport (Terminal 1 or 2) or door-to-door at your hotel or address in Zurich. Your driver unloads your luggage.
