The Simme is a scenic class II-III river located in the idyllic Simmental. This fun, easy rafting tour opens the challenges of whitewater to nearly everyone and is ideal for school groups, families, and companies. Group sizes are limited to eight people per boat.

1. Meet your guide at the base in Interlaken 5 minutes before trip time 2. Our guides give the first briefing 3. Drive to the rafting location, approximately 40 minutes 4. Change into rafting gear 5. Receive instructions, training, comprehensive safety talk 6. Raft approximately 1.5 – 2 hours 7. Drive back to Interlaken 8. Change out of rafting gear 9. Enjoy a free drink 10. View and order your photos

Fantastic experience - had some issues with a guide
This was a FANTASTIC experience and I would recommend to anyone in switzerland. I would have loved to have given this 5 stars but one of the guides let it down. Our raft guide Kristy was incredible!!! So fun to be around and made it a real good laugh, however another guide our group had, Owen, was a very unhelpful person. While getting the rafts out of the water at Bern, a group of girls did not help as they had already lifted out there raft and there was ample help, to which Owen replied 'remember this girls when you try and cry sexism' which we all believed was an unnecessarily rude and misogynistic comment. Aswell as this he made rude and sarcastic remarks about us not giving photo consent. We did not let Owen ruin our experience as it was a fantastic day however I think his behaviour should be noted.

Fantastic rafting experience
Benjy, Kristy, and Adam were AMAZING! THANK YOU GUYS FOR THE MEMORIES! They made us feel comfortable, they interacted with everyone, and we all laughed! Coots 😀

Excellent
Our guide was super helpful. He met the vibe of the group and was very friendly and funny and kept us excited. They made sure the smaller members of our group were kept warm by providing an extra layer of wetsuit, which worked quite well. This was a first rafting experience for half of our group of 4, and everyone had a great time. We did have to switch to this river the day before our tour because the river we booked had too low of water levels, but that couldn't be helped by Outdoor. They did a great job accommodating us, given the circumstances.

We got there and had...
We got there and had booked the Simme but the guide saw us and knew we needed a more adventurous ride as we had rafted before. So they switched us to the Lutschine River which had faster rapids and it was worth the switch! Guides (Jackie and Danny) were great and made it a very enjoyable experience.

Adrenaline rush! So worth it!
Eddy was our raft guide, amazing even for people who are not confident.Guides make it feel safe and fun.Amazing views alongside the rivers were amazing and photos were amazing and reasonably priced, photos were also sent in a good time (under 3 hours).Highlight was going through a famers field where the cows were super friendly and followed us down the stream.Once in a lifetime experience. Our morning trip was cancelled due to lack of participants, outdoors rang me the day before and we were able to rebook the same day but for the afternoon which ended up being a highlight as we sailed down the river for the sunset! We were the first trip of the season, what an experience.

Fun thrills and spills rafting along the Simme
Beginner's river rafting on the Simme was a fantastic experience for the family. It was a nice and comfortable raft ride along the river with a few exciting rapids along the way. We absolutely loved it. Our guide Hemi from NZ (hope I spelled name right) was excellent and gave us great chat along the way. Wonderful day out for all.
