To strengthen our software team, we are looking for a Head of Software Engineering (m/f) 100% Your responsibilities Lead, mentor and develop the software team to deliver high-quality platforms, products and tools Define and implement the software strategy, technical direction and technology roadmap Promote best practices, software architecture standards, cybersecurity and quality processes Act as a bridge between business requirements and software development to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions Lead agile development projects and act as Scrum Master to ensure efficient execution and continuous improvement Oversee DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, software quality, security and operational excellence Implement continuous process improvement, including the adoption of AI Work closely with Product Management, IT, Sales and clients throughout the product lifecycle Manage relationships with strategic technology partners and provide the technical expertise required for third-level support and product training Develop talent, foster a high-performance culture and contribute as a member of the Group’s Engineering management team Your profile Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or an equivalent field, supplemented by solid practical experience 10 years’ experience in a software team management role, ideally within a multi-cultural international environment Solid expertise in software architecture, cybersecurity and DevOps practices Proven experience in agile methodologies, with a track record of acting as a Scrum Master A keen interest in technological innovation, particularly AI applied to software development Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the entire product lifecycle Excellent command of French and English; German would be an advantage What we offer A corporate culture based on trust, integrity, competence and personal responsibility Support for professional development A multicultural and international working environment and a supportive team The development of innovative products that enable the efficient use of energy resources Opportunities for career progression through the development of a wide range of innovative test equipment For further questions please contact Mr. , CTO Sontex Group at .
