(Senior) Manager - Quality Management The Assurance Risk & Quality function helps safeguard quality across our Assurance practice by strengthening governance, risk management and quality management processes. Working closely with business process owners, leadership and global stakeholders, the team drives the evolution of our System of Quality Management, supports regulatory readiness, and enables continuous improvement through technology, data-driven monitoring and innovative solutions. By translating quality requirements into practical actions, we contribute to building trust and maintaining high-quality services across the firm. (Senior) Manager - Quality Management 100% Your Impact Lead the enhancement, documentation and implementation of the System of Quality Management, embedding effective processes, controls and monitoring activities across the relevant stakeholder groups. Drive the continuous evolution of our ServiceNow quality management platform, strengthening dashboards, tagging, reporting capabilities, AI-enabled use cases and the implementation of global quality requirements. Enable stakeholders to use quality management tools effectively by developing guidance materials, resolving issues and supporting monitoring activities. Strengthen and execute the ongoing SoQM monitoring programme, perform central monitoring activities and contribute to the overall evaluation and effectiveness assessment of the SoQM. Coordinate and steer the QMSE project portfolio, aligning priorities with key stakeholders, tracking progress and supporting reporting to leadership. Support the preparation and execution of internal and external quality inspections, including Quality Management Reviews as well as regulatory inspections by the FAOA and PCAOB. Shape and coach team members, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous development within the Quality Management function. Your Skill Set Proven audit experience combined with a strong understanding of quality management systems, governance frameworks, risk management or internal control environments. Background in quality assurance (audit, risk management, governance, internal controls, or technology-enabled business processes), with a keen interest in quality management systems in the professional services/Big 4 environment. Demonstrated ability to translate regulatory or global quality requirements into practical processes, guidance and sustainable business solutions. Strong project management experience with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, monitor action plans and successfully deliver complex initiatives. Experience working with reporting, workflow or analytics tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, ServiceNow or similar technologies. Digital affinity and an interest in leveraging AI, automation and data-driven solutions to enhance quality management processes. Structured, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset with the confidence to manage complex topics independently while building strong stakeholder relationships. Experience supervising, coaching and developing team members in a collaborative environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
