Sound like you? Then join our success story. We are looking for a Social Media Storyteller to join the in-house Social Media & Digital Content team at Sunrise. In this role, you will create engaging, platform-specific content that brings our Flanker brand yallo to life and builds strong connections with our community. From idea to execution, you will shape stories through text, images, and video – both behind the scenes and in front of the camera. As a social host, you’ll represent yallo on channels like Instagram and TikTok, giving our brand a relatable face and voice. In addition you are in charge of the post-production of all Social Media content for yallo. This position requires a strong sense for storytelling, visual creativity, on-camera confidence, and the ability to manage multiple touchpoints and stakeholders. Important: As this role requires a strong on-camera presence and the ability to create engaging social media content, we kindly ask all applicants to submit a short video example showcasing themselves in front of the camera in a TikTok-style format along with their application. YOUR CHALLENGE: Create, script, film, and edit social-first content for Instagram and TikTok, and more (eg YouTube shorts) – from concept to final cut Act as an on-camera Social Host for yallo’s social channels, bringing energy, personality, and authenticity to our stories Develop engaging social media content in close alignment with the campaign and content calendar as well as product prioritities Capture and document real-life moments from store visits, product drops, events and employee stories Collaborate with internal teams to identify stories, source content, and adapt messaging for social Monitor trends and platform dynamics to proactively suggest new formats and creative ideas YOUR SKILLS: Degree or professional training in Content Creation, Digital Marketing, Media, Communication or a related field 3–5 years of experience in social media content creation – with a portfolio that includes video, short-form storytelling, and on-camera work Confident in front of the camera and comfortable hosting stories, reels, or TikToks Skilled in video production and editing (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) and image editing (e.g. Photoshop) Strong understanding of platform best practices, formats, and trend dynamics – especially on Instagram and TikTok Creative, proactive, and collaborative mindset with the ability to take ideas from concept to execution Native in Swiss German and fluent in German and English (spoken and written); French and Italian are a plus (spoken) At Sunrise, you’ll be working in a dynamic and multinational environment where every voice is heard, perspectives are shared and values are lived.
