Program Manager & Head of Knowledge (Analytical Systems, Evaluation & AI Enablement) This role sits at the center of the organization’s knowledge, evaluation, and analytical infrastructure. It combines program management, methodological leadership, statistical modelling, and AI?enabled knowledge work. The position ensures that evaluation systems, research processes, and knowledge platforms are robust, evidence?driven, and operationally reliable. It acts as a key interface between program teams, leadership, external experts, and research partners, translating complex analytical work into actionable insights for decision?makers. Program Manager & Head of Knowledge (Analytical Systems, Evaluation & AI Enablement) Ihre Aufgaben Central analytical role at the intersection of evaluation, knowledge management, and program delivery Methodological lead for Bayesian modelling, causal inference, and statistical documentation Coordinator of multi?stream evaluation portfolios, including EXPECT, PROOF, and ENJOY Bridge between programs and evidence, translating analytical outputs into actionable insights Manager of external experts and research implementers, ensuring quality and alignment Owner of knowledge systems, including feature prioritization, release planning, and documentation AI enablement focal point, supporting adoption, governance, and tool literacy across teams Contributor to applied research, ensuring methodological rigor and relevance Continuity provider for leadership roles, maintaining operational stability during absences Strong communicator, able to engage leadership, program teams, and external partners effectively Ihr Profil Advanced analytical skills in Bayesian modelling, causal inference, and quantitative evaluation Experience designing expert?elicitation protocols and maintaining complex historical datasets Ability to produce high?quality statistical outputs, including estimations and technical documentation Strong program and research management capabilities, including RFPs, contracting, and cost modelling Competence in survey and measurement design, ensuring methodological soundness and usability Hands?on AI literacy, with the ability to onboard colleagues and maintain governance standards Applied research experience, contributing credible analysis and drafting for research tracks Operational reliability, ensuring continuity of systems, reporting, and cross?workstream coordination Stakeholder management strength, working confidently with leadership, program teams, and external experts Clear, structured communication, able to translate complex analytical work into accessible insights Humanis AG Prime Tower · Hardstrasse 201 · 8005 Zürich Telefon · jid2eeec4acs jit0937cs jiy26cs
