To learn more, please visit our website at To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales Specialist As the Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by developing and executing structured sales strategies. Your mission will involve proactive engagement with new and existing clients, distributors, close collaboration with Field Application Engineers, and leveraging market insights to optimize the positioning of our solutions. Main Responsibilities Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while ensuring customer satisfaction Proactive engagement with new and existing clients via phone, email, and other communication channels (video calls, presentations, etc.) Proposing structured sales plans and ensuring their execution Close collaboration with Field Application Engineers and fostering a collaborative mindset with the company’s teams Working with distributors to support their local clients Representing the company at trade shows and professional events, with regular travel in Switzerland and internationally Using CRM tools to track and analyze commercial performance Qualifications Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions Experience in the biotech, pharma, medical field, organoids, is a plus Experience in market analysis, segmentation, customer targeting, and competitive analysis to optimize the company’s solution positioning Proficiency in English (B2 or higher); knowledge of French is an advantage Strong organizational skills, with a structured and methodical approach to managing commercial and administrative tasks Project management skills to effectively coordinate different stages of the sales cycle Initiative and autonomy in prospecting and managing business opportunities, combined with strong teamwork skills Ability to understand and simplify complex issues, particularly those of a scientific or technical nature.
