Shame, total unreliability
That it was canceled on me the day before, because they didn't have a guide. Booked in Italian, three days before there was no guide, offered in Spanish, the day before there wasn't even one in Spanish. And it wasn't a cheap tour, quite the opposite

Wonderful tour
Laura was an excellent guide with a lovely personality. She walked at pace that was comfortable. We saw several historical sites and the tour was not overwhelming. Perfect for our group.

The time and money spent...
The time and money spent on a 2 hour private tour with Alessia was worth it. She was very knowledgeable on Zürich and well prepared.

A really informative tour
Our tour guide Laura provided a wonderful, informative and insightful tour of historic Zurich, from our Marriott hotel to the Lake and back. She pointed out the important landmarks, but also provided insight into daily life in Zurich. A wonderful way to spend the half-day we had in the City.
