1. After booking: you receive our confirmation. Please tell us your cruise ship name and boarding time, or your flight time, and your preferred pickup time. We contact you by WhatsApp or SMS the day before to confirm all details. 2. Pickup: Zermatt is car-free. Take the Shuttle Train from Zermatt to Täsch (12 min, every 20 min). Your driver waits for you at the exit of the Matterhorn Terminal Täsch with a name sign and helps you load your luggage and skis. 3. The drive: a direct private transfer through the Swiss Alps to Basel, about 3 hours 20 minutes. No stops for other passengers. A short comfort stop is possible on request. Bottled water is on board. 4. Drop-off: your driver takes you directly to your river cruise terminal in Basel (St. Johann, Dreiländereck or Klybeck), to EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse, Basel SBB station or your hotel in Basel, and helps you unload your luggage.
