ASAP: Senior Regional Tax Manager Europe (DACH Focus) Join an international organisation as the regional tax lead for the DACH market, overseeing compliance, audits, risk management, and strategic tax advisory activities. This senior position partners with local and global stakeholders while offering exposure to wider European tax matters in a complex multinational environment. ASAP: Senior Regional Tax Manager Europe (DACH Focus) Our client is a leading international healthcare-focused organisation operating across multiple global markets. Due to an immediate business requirement, they are seeking an experienced tax professional for an initial 7-month assignment with the potential to support additional European jurisdictions. Stellenbeschreibung Act as the primary tax advisor for DACH entities and key business stakeholders Provide tax guidance on commercial initiatives, contracts, restructurings, and business decisions Oversee corporate income tax compliance and coordinate reporting activities with internal and external partners Lead tax audits, manage communications with tax authorities, and coordinate audit responses Identify, assess, and mitigate regional tax risks while ensuring regulatory compliance Monitor indirect tax, withholding tax, and other local tax obligations Track tax law and regulatory developments across DACH and broader European markets Support transfer pricing matters, including documentation and intercompany adjustments Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, HR, Supply Chain, and commercial teams Profil Significant experience in corporate and international taxation within a multinational environment Strong knowledge of German, Austrian, Swiss, and broader European tax frameworks Proven expertise in tax compliance, tax audits, risk management, and tax advisory Experience gained within Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or a Big Four advisory firm is highly desirable Degree in Tax, Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline Professional tax qualification is advantageous Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions and geographies Fluent German and English are mandatory Additional European language skills are considered a strong asset Das Angebot Initial 7-month assignment with immediate impact Exposure to a complex international tax environment Broad DACH and European regional scope Hybrid working model with strong flexibility Collaboration with global tax and business leaders Opportunity to influence strategic business decisions jide85de40cs jit0937cs jiy26cs
