About this role

Legal Counsel A fast-growing international company operating in the engineering, construction, and mission-critical infrastructure sector is seeking a: Legal Counsel to join its expanding Legal & Compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys working in a dynamic international environment and partnering closely with business stakeholders to support strategic projects and day-to-day operations. Missions: Provide practical legal advice on corporate, commercial, governance, and operational matters. Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial and corporate agreements. Support legal and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Assist with corporate governance activities, including company incorporations, statutory filings, and corporate records management. Advise on contract administration, claims management, and contractual risk allocation. Support strategic projects and provide pragmatic legal solutions aligned with business objectives. Assist with dispute avoidance, arbitration, litigation, and the management of external counsel when required. Collaborate closely with teams across Commercial, Procurement, Finance, HR, and Operations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes, governance frameworks, and legal operations. Profile Master in Law or/and qualified lawyer Minimum 3 years of experience as Legal Counsel within an international corporate, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or EPC environment. Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts. Working knowledge of FIDIC contracts, variation order management, and contract administration principles. Exposure to arbitration and dispute resolution matters. Experience supporting corporate governance and entity management activities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
