About this role
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee the smooth running of our daily administrative, operational, and customer-facing activities. You will be the central point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal coordination, ensuring seamless rental processes from inquiry to return. Key Responsibilities Manage the office and daily operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and general administration. Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and reservations for audio guide devices (phone, email, and in-person). Coordinate device preparation, inventory management, logistics, shipping/returns, and quality checks. Maintain accurate records of rentals, contracts, invoicing, and payments (in coordination with accounting). Support personal onboarding, provide product information, and ensure high service standards. Liaise with suppliers, technicians, and external partners. Organize office supplies, maintain filing systems (digital and physical), and oversee facility-related matters. Prepare reports, track key operational metrics, and assist with process improvements.
