Not at all what we paid for

Our tour was supposed to be a walking tour that shared with us the great love stories of Geneva and took us to picturesque places to take great pictures. See description below. First, our tour guide was a lovely woman so this is not a reflection on her. A few hours before the tour I received a message that our tour guide and meeting location had changed. Ok, no big deal. When we arrived the new tour guide told us she had no idea what this the description of the tour meant but she would give us a historical walking tour and if we wanted to take pictures just stop her. We learned A LOT about John Calvin and the reformation period. We did not hear any love stories, see any places for date night, have any memorable picture spots unless you count the Reformation Wall which is anything but romantic. Again, I put this on the tour operator and not the guide but we absolutely did not get what we booked.
