No show tour guide, and no refund, either

The tour guide, at the last minute, rescheduled our tour for the next day. We rearranged our schedule, but when we showed up on the rescheduled day, the tour guide never did. We asked for a refund and never got it.

    Guide did not arrive

Unfortunately the guide did not show up or let us know they were not arriving. We booked a different walking tour direct through the tourist information office next to the train station where the staff were very helpful.

    Lucerne tour is must!

We took the Basel tour with Lina during which she recommended to do Lucerne next, and we were lucky to go for her recommendation, an amazing peaceful culturally rich place that we enjoyed and enriched our very short Swiss visit.
