Extortionately priced taxi
Conflicted with this review. Part of me says that the trip was good on the whole, granted it's dependent on the weather which you don't know about unless you book on the day directly and pay more. On this occasion it was cloud above cloud so views were non existent, this isn't the operators fault, my gripe is more with the cost of the tour for what it is. A cable cart up and a train down total costs £175gbp for two people is absurd for you effectively getting a lift up a mountain.. can't say id recommend it based on cost alone. I'd rather walk up and run the risk of no views than pay that amount of money and a small fortune for a drink at the top.

Incredible experience- you MUST do it!
This was an incredible experience! The views from the summit were breathtaking and the journey there was super fun. We loved the cogwheel back down to the train station and easily returned to Lucern with no complications. I HIGHLY recommend this experience 🏔️

Beautiful day on the mountain, but no clear instructions on getting there
Although a lovely visit to the mountain, the instructions on getting there are confusing. No clear signs on where to go. Expensive, but definitely worth visiting. Do the Toboggan ride as well!

Worked great!
Everything went according to plan. We went train, cogwheel, cable car, gondola the bus. A little hard to find number 1 bus back to Lucerne. Signs are small and limited but we found it.
