    A Perfect Welcome to Geneva

Our guide, Agatha, was delightful and made sure that we had a wonderful time sampling some of Geneva's specialties. She was friendly and welcoming, and even offered to take photos for us, helping us capture memories of the fun day. She answered any questions we had and went out of her way to be helpful. I especially enjoyed our tasting stops on the tour. Each one was high quality and authentic, with purveyors proud of their product and happy to share insights in their craft, be it olive oil, cheese making, or chocolate. I especially enjoyed our cheese stop, as the owner was also the artisan behind the gouda we sampled. He shared photos of his cheese cave and production, discussed pairing of wines with us, and let us try some of his special "garlic of the bear" cheese. The chocolatier was also an impressive stop; not only was each piece a work of visual/edible art, the company is female-owned and the product is ethically sourced. We enjoyed the companionable atmosphere of the tour. It was the right length and easy to walk - a great welcome to Geneva!

Wonderful tour! We were treated like family!!

We went to 4 different places to taste meats, cheeses, chocolate and one surprise location. All of the vendors were welcoming, friendly and very generous when sharing their products. Val, our tour guide treated us like family —hugs included ! She was a last minute replacement for a guide who called out sick and, for us, we are glad it happened! Val was so genuine, energetic and informative. You can tell she loves what she does! I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Geneva for the first time.

Geneva food tour- Eat & Chill.

My Geneva tour guide VAL deserves a special mention for giving me a memorable birthday tour as her warmth and personality made me comfortable interacting with the service providers at all the venues visited. As a bonus, Val kindly offered and took amazing indoor and outdoor photos of me from start to finish.

Fantastic guide and great selection of food.

Val was a super tour guide! A very yummy selection of foods. Some of the workers at the shops we visited were less enthusiastic than others but that is out of the tour guide and company's control. The ones that were enthusiastic were wonderful though. Along with Val, they gave great recommendations. One of them even called a restaurant to make our reservations for that evening. Now that is service! I would tell anyone to be prepared to walk up lots of hills so make sure to wear comfortable shoes. Great time overall!

    Walking joy

My husband and I booked a group tour and ended up with a private tour with Val as our guide! We had a lovely afternoon walking around the sites of Old Town and the surrounding area. We met wonderful local vendors who were passionate about their products…whether it was cured meats, wine, cheese, olive oil or chocolate. Every host shared their knowledge and warmly welcomed guests into their zest for life. Val was an endearing guide through the streets of Geneva. We celebrated joie de vivre, merci to all!

    Don’t miss!

Val was an amazing guide and we truly enjoyed our entire experience (adult son and parents). Highly recommend! Three stops and all were excellent. Don’t miss, and ask for Val!
