Itinerary
Booking is confirmed instantly, and all transfer details are reviewed for accuracy. After your reservation, we contact you to reconfirm your arrival information and clarify any additional requirements for your trip. Before pickup, we monitor your flight or cruise arrival in real time so your driver is always there on time, even in case of delays. At Basel Airport or Basel Cruise Port, your driver meets you inside the Arrivals Hall or directly at the port exit with a TripTransfer sign. You are assisted with all your luggage, including ski bags, and escorted to your private vehicle. Everything is loaded securely before departure. Once on board, you travel in a clean, comfortable private car or minivan with enough space for winter luggage. The drive toward the ski resort takes you through some of Switzerland’s most beautiful landscapes, including mountain valleys, lakes, and panoramic alpine roads. You may request short stops for refreshments, photos, or a restroom break along the way. Upon arrival at your hotel or chalet in the ski resort, the driver unloads your luggage, assists you with everything you need, and ensures you arrive safely and comfortably at your final destination.
