Too bad
Our guide did not show up and the phone number for problems was unreachable. A big compliment to TripAdvisor for being easily accessible and for resolving the business part the same day. Unfortunately, the experience did not go through and that was what we were aiming for.

Lay of the land
Lugano is a beautiful city and it was lovely to get a walking tour with a local. It really gave us the lay of the land, and we saw some corners we probably woulnd't have found on our own. I could tell how much our guide loved the city and was excited to share it with us. I wish I had spent more time there. That said, our guide couldn't help us when our parking plans backfired. She also didn't tweak the tour to accommodate my parents (in their 70s) in the extreme heat.

Lack of Communication
I had to rebook this tour. That was no problem. The problem was that no tour guide contacted me nor showed up for the tour. I tried contacting the organizers of the tour. They did not respond.

Great tour, awesome guide!!
Great tour! Yula was super informative, friendly and kind. She took us all over Lugano at a nice relaxed pace. By the end, it was like we were old friends. The tour is as flexible as you want it to be. She gave us some great local recommendations, including a fabulous lunch spot after the tour.

Excellent walking tour!
Great tour, interesting and informative about the area. Yulia was also flexible enough to incorporate our wish to take a ride on the funicular into her route; she dropped us at the funicular and even helped me navigate buying the tickets.

Very Disappointed!
Guide di Not show up. We were at meeting place 15 min prior to trip. Not happy at all considering cancelling the rest off our Viator trips. Had an Italian guide with a different company take us in. He tried to call Viator and got no answer! I am demanding a refund.
