Booking is confirmed instantly and all transfer details are reviewed for accuracy. After your reservation, we contact you to reconfirm your arrival time and pickup instructions. Before you land, your flight is monitored in real time so your pickup automatically adjusts in case of delays. After collecting your luggage at Basel Airport, your driver meets you inside the Arrivals Hall with a TripTransfer sign, assists you with all your bags, and escorts you to the vehicle. Once on board, you travel in a clean, private car with enough space for luggage. The drive to Lucerne is direct, and you may request short stops for refreshments or a restroom break if needed. Upon arrival in Lucerne, the driver unloads your luggage and ensures you are safely dropped off at your hotel or private address.
