Booking is confirmed instantly, and your transfer details are reviewed to ensure accuracy. Before pickup, your driver receives your ship name, docking time, and exact terminal location at the Basel Cruise Port. On the day of travel, your driver arrives early and waits at the designated meeting point directly outside your ship’s arrival area. When you disembark, the driver greets you with a TripTransfer sign, assists you with all luggage, and helps load everything securely into the vehicle. You then travel in a clean, private car with enough space for suitcases and personal items. The ride is direct to your chosen destination, with the option to request short stops for refreshments or a restroom break along the way. Upon arrival, the driver unloads your bags, assists you with anything you need, and ensures you reach your final address safely and comfortably.
