To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Support Specialist for our Partner Success Team to ensure that our sales partners worldwide receive the support, information, and resources they need to succeed. With your organizational skills, service-oriented mindset, and keen understanding of customer needs, you'll play a key role in delivering a positive partner experience. Support Specialist (f/m/d) Your Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for general and technical inquiries from our international sales partners Ensuring professional, timely, and solution-oriented communication Coordinating and following up on partner-related issues in close collaboration with internal teams and specialists Supporting our partners with sales-related activities and administrative processes Assisting with the planning, organization, and execution of partner-related initiatives and events Supporting the onboarding of new partners and ensuring a smooth transition Coordinating training sessions, workshops, and organizational measures Providing up-to-date sales, marketing, and training materials Continuously developing our partner programs Maintaining partner data, documentation, and feedback records Ensuring high data quality and transparency within the relevant systems Assisting with the creation of reports and analyses What You Bring to the Table Business or technical training or a comparable qualification Experience in sales support, customer success, partner management, or inside sales, ideally in the IT industry An affinity for technical topics and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly Strong service and customer focus Ability to work independently, in a structured and reliable manner Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages (French, Spanish) are a plus Proficiency with CRM, ERP, or collaboration systems Experience with SaaS, cloud, or IT solutions is a plus Enjoyment of working with international partners and teams What we offer you A varied role with a direct impact on the success of our international partner network A modern, innovative, and international work environment Flat hierarchies and quick decision-making processes Flexible work arrangements and attractive career development opportunities A motivated team that celebrates successes together j4id10378276cs j4it0937cs j4iy26cs
