You will participate in a chocolate-making workshop where you will learn the in-depth processes of Swiss chocolate making, its origin, and how Switzerland became an icon for Milk chocolates. You will first taste a variety of raw cacao beans to understand the different flavors of each bean that the chocolatier uses; you will then be explained the processes from bean to bar, then they'll be a demonstration of how ganache is made to fill your high-quality truffles, afterward, you will go ahead and be making your chocolate bars from bean to bar.

An experience that we won't forget
We had an amazing experience with Alejandro! Learned how chocolate is actually make by experts and had the chance to do it ourselves. All our questions were answered and the atmosphere was so much fun. When we think of Basel we always remember this workshop!

Chocolate experience in Basel
We were early and We were not sure we were in the right place at first. This experience could use more signage instructing where to go. Alejandro showed up and then we knew we were in the right place.

Small group, good product knowledgeable Teacher. Delicious chocolate To take home. Signage lacking, hard to find the location. But it is a new location. Give him some Time to Get settled.
