Travel
This travel agent is simply wonderful! They are incredibly patient, answering all our questions and making changes until our itinerary was perfect. The value for money was excellent, and the added perks they secured for us were a delightful surprise. Our trip was a dream come true, and it's all thanks to their meticulous planning."

Avoid this tour
This tour is an absolute waste of money – avoid it at all costs. We booked the tour and never received any communication prior to the trip. We had no idea if they would even show up. The office numbers were useless, always going straight to voicemail. When they finally did arrive, they were late and had very limited English, making it incredibly difficult to understand what was going on. The guide seemed completely unprepared – it honestly felt like it was his first day on the job. He was more focused on taking photos for himself than actually guiding us. There was zero direction or explanation about where we were or what we were seeing. It was so bad, we ended up cutting the tour short by three hours. To make matters worse, they didn’t offer any compensation or even acknowledge how terrible the experience was. We’ve never heard a word back from the company. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this tour – it’s a complete rip-off.

Amazing!!!
Our driver/ guide Bali customized the whole day to our preference and we had an amazing time. Highly recommend this tour. We did so much in just one day and with the added comfort of a dedicated car and guide.
