Fantastic trip around Basel
Nico was excellent and really knew a lot about the city's history and present. The visits to the chocolate shops were super 😋

Juliana was very personable and knowledgeable. Gave us a nice overview of history, culture and architecture of Basel. We did this tour on our first afternoon in Basel. TERRIBLE option - they stood us up and neither VIATOR NOR THE PROVIDER responded
It is the worst tour I have ever bought It was a rip-off They stood us up and wanted to give us a consolation “mini tour” and did not respond for a refund VIATOR did not take responsibility nor did the provider / they changed the start time one morning before, moving it up more than 4 hours - and then they wanted to make us take an incomplete and very bad one half an hour before the one on the ticket We tied Extremely disappointed with the experience
