Программа
Step into a private two-hour Private Body Reset Experience in Zurich designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and release accumulated physical and emotional tension. The session begins with a brief introduction and grounding moment, allowing you to settle into the space and disconnect from the demands of everyday life. You will then be guided through body awareness, breathing, gentle movement, and somatic release techniques that invite the body to relax and naturally let go of stored tension. During the experience, you may notice spontaneous movements, trembling, changes in breathing, deep relaxation, or emotional release. Every experience is unique, and there is no need to force or perform anything — you are simply invited to listen to your body and allow the process to unfold at your own pace. The session concludes with a gentle integration period, giving you time to rest, reconnect, and absorb the experience before returning to your day. No previous experience is required, and you do not need to share your personal story. Simply come as you are and give yourself two hours to pause, reconnect, and experience your body in a different way.
