Tender Specialist / Bid Manager - Europe We are now looking for a Tender Specialist to join our team — a proactive and organized professional who can take full ownership of the tendering process, from identifying opportunities to submitting high-quality bids and managing post-submission clarifications. Our focus is now on tenders for electric buses, charging infrastructure, and energy storage systems, which are mainly public tenders. As a Tender Specialist you will: Search and identify relevant tender opportunities across Europe. Analyse tender documentation, including financial, technical, and administrative requirements, to assess the company’s eligibility and competitiveness. Prepare complete bid submissions from scratch — coordinating with internal teams (technical, financial, legal) and external partners when necessary. Ensure compliance of all bid documents with tender specifications and requirements. Support post-submission activities, such as clarifications, requests for information, and negotiations with contracting authorities. Maintain and update a database of ongoing and upcoming tenders, and contribute to improving internal tendering processes. We are looking for someone who has: Experience in tender management or bid preparation, ideally within public procurement or technical industries (energy, mobility, infrastructure, etc.). Experience in process automation leveraging AI solution Strong understanding of European tendering procedures and documentation. Excellent organizational and analytical skills — able to quickly assess requirements and risks. Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
