A no show!! Scam!! We need a refund!!
TERRIBLE! A NO SHOW!! We got ready at our hotel as scheduled for 8:00AM. We waited until 8:45AM. I left a message on VIATOR and also on TAJ TRAVEL’S cellphone number, as wel as, on their FACEBOOK page. No one replied. Our expectation to visit 4 countries in one day was crushed. We had to improvise so our day did not go to waste. Our $400/person SHOULD BE REFUNDED. We are two persons who were unfortunately SCAMMED!!

Highly recommend this...
Highly recommend this tour. Our driver Raj is a professional that truly cares about customer satisfaction. Pickup and drop-off at my hotel made it so much easier. It was a well planned trip and we did not feel rushed, and the amount of walking was just right for a couple of seniors.

Terrible, they company lied, the driver spoke no English, didn’t know what to say, no information throughout the trip.
Terrible, the driver spoke no English at all, he looked so suspicious, no comments, no interaction throughout the ride, we felt so unsafe that we left the tour on the first stop.

A Must-Do Experience
We had an amazing experience on the 4 Countries in One Day tour! Our guide was fantastic from start to finish. Communication before the tour was excellent, and he even went out of his way to pick us up directly from our hotel, which made the day so much easier. We were able to see so many incredible places in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria, and Germany, and he made sure we didn’t miss any of the popular sights while sharing interesting information along the way. The tour was well organized, never felt rushed, and was the perfect way to experience four countries in a single day. If you’re looking for an unforgettable day with a knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating guide, I highly recommend this tour. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Switzerland!

Our family of four had a great experience on this tour. Raj was very organized, professional, and accommodating. He gave us the flexibility to spend as much or as little time as we wanted at each stop. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Switzerland and wanting to see highlights of Lichtenstein, Germany (our favorite stop was the beach town Lindau), and Austria.
