General Manager TORMAX Distribution EMEA (m/w) TORMAX installed Europe’s first automatic door in 1951. Today a leading manufacturer of pedestrian and industrial door systems worldwide with 26 subsidiaries and 500+ distributors. The LANDERT Group was founded in 1924 with its headquarters in Bülach near Zürich, Switzerland, and employs over 1000 staff members across its two divisions SERVAX (customised electric drives) and TORMAX (automatic door systems). TORMAX is looking for an entrepreneurial and technically skilled personality as our future General Manager TORMAX Distribution EMEA (m/w) Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the company’s overall Distribution Business in the EMEA world region (Europe, Middle East, Africa) Develop and implement the strategy for the Distribution Business Full P&L responsibility. Achieve the yearly budgets Day-to-day running of the Distribution Business Ensure strong sales field activities along with targeted marketing campaigns Develop further the network of trustworthy and reliable Distributors representing TORMAX in their regional market Responsible for the technical support, training and quality control of the Distributors in order to ensure the Installation and Service of TORMAX door systems according to TORMAX standards Lead a motivated and strong team with entrepreneurial spirit and high motivation.
