Mechanical Designer Mechanical Designer Workload: 100% Location: Losone Your tasks *Develop technical documentation for EDM machine components and functional assemblies (3D models, 2D drawings, and bills of materials) in compliance with international and company standards. *Design sheet metal panels and components in support of a senior engineer, ensuring manufacturability and cost efficiency. *Contribute to product innovation by proposing solutions that improve reliability, safety, and ergonomics while reducing production costs and lead times. *Collaborate with R&D, Production, Purchasing, and Testing teams, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach throughout the product development lifecycle. *Research and evaluate new mechanical components on the market, engaging with suppliers to support product industrialization. Your profile *Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. *At least 3 years of experience in technical documentation: 3D models, 2D drawings, and bills of materials for parts and assemblies. *Proficiency in Solid Edge, with experience in drawing layout and functional dimensioning according to ISO GPS standards. *Precise, curious, and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks in parallel. *Italian C1; English B2 required.
