Regional Trade Compliance Manager We are looking for an experienced Regional Trade Compliance Manager to join an international organisation in northern Switzerland. In this regional role, you will act as the subject expert for export controls and sanctions across EMEA, partnering closely with Legal, Engineering and Commercial teams. You will combine regulatory expertise with a pragmatic, business-oriented approach and help further develop and improve the organisation's trade compliance framework. Regional Trade Compliance Manager Your responsibilities Lead export controls and sanctions compliance across EMEA Advise the business on EU and national export control regulations Manage export classifications, licensing and reporting requirements Identify compliance risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures Support and coordinate regulatory and customs audits Develop and improve export compliance processes, controls and procedures Drive process automation and optimisation, including through systems such as SAP GTS Deliver export controls training and support internal compliance assessments Your profile 7+ years of relevant experience in export controls/trade compliance, ideally within a multinational environment Strong knowledge of EU export controls, Dual-Use Regulation, sanctions and national requirements Experience with export licensing and EU General Export Authorisations Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to translate complex regulations into practical business solutions Experience with SAP GTS or similar trade compliance systems is an advantage Fluent German and English This is an opportunity to take ownership of export controls across a broad EMEA footprint within a complex, international environment and play a key role in further strengthening the organisation's compliance framework.
