Sales Manager (m/f/d) - Plant Engineering for Pharma / Biopharma Industry Our experts in the business unit Life Science specialize in the planning and construction of state-of-the-art process plants for the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries, the semiconductor and battery industries, and the nutrition sector. We are Bilfinger Life Science We practice open cooperation We support each other and celebrate our successes together We travel a lot and work on exciting international projects We promote professional and personal development Responsibilities as Sales Manager Evaluation and development of strategic accounts Further development of a sales pipeline based on systematic analyses (market, competition, customers) Ensuring order intake and revenue generation Expansion and maintenance of existing relationships with customers and planners within the EU sales territory and globally Implementation and further development of structured sales and marketing strategies Preparation and execution of contract negotiations, as well as creation of offers and agreements Regular reporting and revenue forecasting, continuous maintenance of customer and project data in the CRM system We are looking forward to meeting a candidate with Preferably a completed higher education in business or engineering (e.g. University of Applied Sciences or Technical University), specializing in business administration, engineering, process engineering, or pharmaceutical engineering Relevant experience in the sales of plant engineering and piping construction projects, preferably in industries such as Pharma & Biopharma Industry knowledge and/or an existing network with key decision-makers in the above mentioned industries Strong presentation skills, negotiation skills, and closing ability Native-level German proficiency and business-fluent English, both written and spoken High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate oneself and others Basic knowledge of contract law Proficient in MS Office Time flexibility and a high willingness to travel Bilfinger is an equal opportunity employer.
