Prepare for a lot of walking . Be patient and enjoy the beauty around you. The tour guides will do their best in getting you around and to your destination

Beautiful Bellagio
Our guide was fantastic she was very helpful and very accommodating throughout the day. She had to deal with some challenging circumstances out of her control but kept her cool and got us through the day.

Public transportation and lack of communication
The provider changed the meeting point location at 2:30 the morning of our tour. They also failed to indicate that we will be taking public transportation which included a train from Lugano to Lake Como. Then a public bus that was very crowded and lines were long but Carlos our tour guide managed to get us on the bus. The bus ride was nerve-wracking and took over 75 minutes to get to Bellagio. On the way back from Bellagio we had to wait in another line to get on a public ferry which was also extremely crowded. Carlos was great and tried his best to make the tour less stressful. My recommendation is to do this on your own and avoid taking public transportation if you happen to have kids or elderly people in your group. Save yourself the money for this tour because it is definitely not worth what they charge for it!!!!!

Lake Como Tour
Lincoln was AWESOME!!! Very informative and helpful. We had a great time and he made the experience outstanding!! VIATOR on the other hand was NOT good!! I texted them multiple times on the meeting point and time and they never responded. My wife had to call Viator and Viator was not getting the message across to Tours of Switzerland. Eventually Lincoln was able to find us and we left just in time. Thank you to Lincoln for saving the day.
