After your time at Jungfraujoch, ride the cogwheel train down to Eigergletscher, where you will change to the V-Cableway Eiger Express. After approx. 15 minutes you will reach Grindelwald Terminal, where the coach awaits for the drive back to Lucerne.

An amazing adventure not to be missed!
This was an absolutely fabulous excursion! We had “Kid” as our guide. He was entertaining and very enthusiastic. He used our devices to capture our adventures with a true professional result. It was like traveling with your own photographer. Highly recommend!

Great Spot to see a Great View
At the conclusion of our Switzerland tour, we decided to go on our own Jungfraujoch Mountain. Jurgfraujoch trip takes you to the highest train station in Switzerland. It was very busy and commercialized. But, it is worth it to go to the top and see the sites over the Alps. We took time to walk through the Ice Palace with the beautiful ice sculptures. There are other activites to see and do. Plus nice place to eat.

Beautiful destination, unacceptable guide
Jungfraujoch itself was spectacular. Unfortunately, our guide, who introduced himself as “Kid,” seriously spoiled what should have been a wonderful day. He constantly rushed our small group, repeatedly spoke to guests in a rude and condescending tone (including repeatedly saying “Hellooo???” whenever he felt someone was moving too slowly or not complying with his commands) and provided very little actual explanation or meaningful guiding. The worst moment came when he became impatient with my 85-year-old father, abruptly snatched some maps out of his hands and threw them onto a seat. I had to intervene and tell him to calm down and treat people with respect. It is genuinely hard to understand how someone with such poor interpersonal skills and so little awareness of how he was treating guests could be working as a tour guide. The local operator was Hans Meier Tourist AG – Gray Line Zurich. The destination and itinerary were excellent; the guiding was not. If booking this tour, I would strongly recommend checking which guide you are getting in advance. Based on our experience, I would also seriously consider using a different operator. A magnificent destination deserves much better.

Though a long trip with several trains and long bus ride, the experience is well worthwhile. Our tour guide was Kid, lots of fun,with superb photo ops

Great Experience with the best guide EVER ...
It was amazing. Switzerland countryside, from all angles, looks like a postcard, and this tour is no different - plus ending up at the top of the Jungfraujoch is hard to beat. There are different modes of transport and each and every one of them is exciting, due to where it takes you or what the ride is. The tour was expertly organised and led. We had Kid as our guide and he was the most unique and most professional guide I have ever encountered. It is only due to Kid that we will leave Switzerland with this wonderful memory. The tour seems expensive but considered the various modes of transports and where it actually leads, it is worth every penny. Kid is extraordinary. He knows every bend of the track and the best photo opportunities, and is not shy in directing your shot. He is most caring, always looking out for all tour paricipants and especially for potential "weak links" of his entrusted "flock". I travelled with my brother and we both agree - we loved this tour, no doubt, especially because Kid was guiding us.
