Combine a 1hr walking tour of Lugano to learn about its culture and history, with an extraordinary cruise and cooking class experience at a charming restaurant with stunning views over the lake. With the guidance of a local chef, you’ll learn how to prepare a delicious typical Risotto Ticinese that will be served with with meat, vegetables, a dessert, 4 glasses of Merlot wine, water and coffee. Break the ice and sit together around a large table and enjoy a typical Swiss/Italian aperitivo before starting your class. Our chef will share our secret Risotto recipe, guiding you through every step and teaching you new cooking techniques plus tons of tricks. Inhibitions fall away when engaged in chopping and mixing all the ingredients – a great way to get conversation flowing. Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Enjoy your delicious lunch with your new travel companions before heading back to Lugano by public boat.
