The official departure point for all tours departing from Zurich is Sihlquai Bus Station, near Zurich’s main train station (Zürich HB). Please check in at least 15 minutes before departure at the “Best of Switzerland Tours” counter with your QR code on your voucher ready, printed or electronically.

The tour ends at the Zurich Main Train Station (Zürich HB). Please note that the return journey is by public transport. After the visit to the chocolate museum, you can opt to go back to the city with the tour guide or stay longer at the museum and return individually.

This Tuesday, I had the pleasure of visiting the Lindt Chocolate Factory and exploring the beautiful Old Town of Zürich, and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic! Reneta was simply amazing! Her knowledge was extraordinary, and the passion, enthusiasm, and attention to detail she brought to the tour made every moment interesting and enjoyable. Reneta shared fascinating information and brought the history and culture of Zürich to life in such an engaging way. From the delicious chocolate experience at Lindt to the charming streets of Zürich’s Old Town, everything was wonderful. The overall tour experience was awesome and exceeded my expectations! Great way to see the City
This tour was very lovely and a great way to see a lot in Zurich in a small amount of time. For the price, I would have wanted more information provided (about Zurich) as well as more organization of the meeting points throughout the day (several people kept missing the meeting points or being late and the rest of us were waiting or sent on without knowing where we were going in the meantime). But the guide was lovely and the tour was very nice and convenient.

Lindt museum and lake cruisr
The museum was very busy so quite difficult to get close to the exhibits. The free samples were appreciated. You can’t take large bags or knapsacks in with you, they have to go in a locker. If you have a jacket you must wear it or put it in the locker. The walk around the city was ok. Our guide while quite informative walked quite quickly for the multi age group he was guiding. The cruise was ok but sadly it was raining so not much to see. The guide gave us information on getting back to our start place by bus and tram unfortunately that tram number had disruptions and we had to get a taxi
