Please check in at least 15 minutes before departure at the “Best of Switzerland Tours” counter with your QR code on your voucher ready, printed or electronically.

Great tour with a great view
Fernando was an excellent guide. The cable car & view was the best part Missed the boat ride due to low water but enjoyed the Lindt store & the chocolate bar

It was a fabulous tour...
It was a fabulous tour with a fabulous guide. Lots of variety and so much coverage of Zurich, either by bus, walking, or a view from the top of the mountain after the cable car ride. A nice restaurant where you could purchase food was at the top. The ferry ride had to be cancelled due to low water, so they substituted a trip to the Lindt chocolate factory to see the tallest chocolate fountain and to receive a special chocolate treat. You could also purchase as much chocolate as you desired.

Highly Recommend this Excursion
Wonderful excursion and our guide Mariana and driver were exceptional. The ferry portion of the trip was cancelled due to low water on Lake Zurich so they added a stop at the Lindt Chocolates factory. Mariana speaks Swiss German by birth but she is extremely fluent in Spanish and English switching back and forth effortlessly.

Trip was ok, but not interesting + ferry was cancelled but no option for us to cancel.
Unfort the trip & guide were not very interesting for us & not what we paid for. The ferry part was cancelled due to low water levels & we werent notified till on the tour, & given no option to cancel. To compensate they took us to Lindt factory + free chocs instead - which was nice gesture, but not what we wanted.. which was the ferry ride around Zurich. The Felsenegg cable car was also v.short, & while nice views there was nothing much else up there. Zurich tour was unfort not v.interesting.

Zurich tour
That it is dual language. So you will listen to the tour in English then again in another language everyone understood English but 4 people . I felt he could have given more information about the hat we were seeing if he wasn’t repeating it in two langhages

An afternoon to see Zurich
It was a great tour even without the boat ride as the water l cell was low. Fernando is a very good guide, and the bus driver was amazing with a few inches to spare. I would take the tour again.
