Witness breathtaking snowy mountain landscapes on this day trip from Zurich to Mount Titlis. First, your guide points out some top Lucerne attractions on a short orientation drive through the city, followed by some free time in this charming city. Then, continue to Engelberg in the Swiss Alps and ride in a revolving cable car to the top of mighty Mount Titlis for majestic views of ice boulders and crevasses. Get closer to the crevasses on the Ice Flyer chairlift, enjoy some snow tubing at the Glacier Park and walk across Europe’s highest suspension bridge for more spectacular views. Optional (in winter, for ski beginners only): Choose the Snow Experience option. Slide down the hill on snow tubes and try skiing once in a lifetime on the beginner slopes – definitely a memorable experience you shouldn't miss. A Titlis Snow Park staff member (English-speaking) will provide the equipment and supervise the activities.

   From the centrally located Sihlquai Bus Station, the scenic coach journey begins through the city of Zurich, the beautiful views of the countryside, and along the shores of the Lake of the Four Cantons to Lucerne.

   Enjoy a brief orientation drive, where your guide points out the main attractions of this charming town like the Chapel Bridge, the Town Hall, the Jesuit Church, and the Culture and Convention Centre (KKL). Enjoy some time at leisure to explore the Old Town before the journey continues to Engelberg, where the valley station of Mt. Titlis cable car is located.

   At the valley station the breathtaking journey with the different aerial cable cars to the top of Mt. Titlis, located on 3'000 m.a.s.l., begins. Enjoy the spectacular sight of the glacier's deep crevasses and gigantic ice boulders from the revolving cable car Rotair. At the top of Mt. Titlis a high alpine panorama awaits you.

   Titlis Cliff Walk

   Visit the Glacier Cave and pass over Europe's highest suspension bridge - the Cliff Walk! Take a ride with the Ice Flyer which brings you close to the crevasses and the Glacier Park where you can experience snow tubing even in summer! Enjoy magnificent views of the Alps from the restaurants or the sun terrace.

   Your action-packed day trip to Mt Titlis concludes with drop-off at Sihlquai Coach Terminal in central Zurich at approximately 7pm.

• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
• Tour operates in all weather conditions, please bring a warm jacket, shoes with a solid rubber sole and sun glasses to experience all indoor and outdoor attractions
• Ski Experience option: min. age 10 years; children must be accompanied by an adult
• Ski Experience option: designed for ski first-timers only (no access to other slopes, no experience required, no skiing lesson)
• Ski Experience option: subject to weather conditions; if cancelled a partial refund will be provided
• Ski Experience option: Ice Flyer not included
• **From June 2026: Due to the construction of the new Titlis tower and mountain station, visits to the summit will be limited to approximately one hour to enjoy the available activities (weather permitting) before descending to the Trübsee middle station, where restaurant facilities will be available.**
• Optional visit of observation deck “TITLIS Horizon” (available from June 1st, 2026). Cost: CHF 18.00 adult / CHF 9.00 child (to be paid on spot in cash or by credit card)
• (*) The TITLIS Rotair will be closed from 17 August to 11 December 2026. Outside of this period, routes and modes of transportation may be subject to change without prior notice due to ongoing construction work
• The Ski Experience option is not recommended for travelers with back problems or pregnant travelers
• We kindly request that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure and check in at the ticket counter marked with ''Best of Switzerland Tours''. Please have your confirmation details and proof of identification (ID) ready. You may present your tour voucher either as a printed copy or electronically on your smartphone or tablet. If you are unfamiliar with the location, we recommend allowing extra time for your journey.
