Enjoy a comfortable and private transfer from Basel Airport BSL to your Hotel or accommodation in Basel City by an elegant and fully equipped Business Car Mercedes-Benz E-Class (up to 3 passengers) or similar. Dear guests, when arriving at EuroAirport Basel, kindly exit from the Swiss side. There are two exits—one for France/Germany and one for Switzerland. Exiting from the wrong side can lead to delays and difficulty meeting your driver. Thank you for your cooperation. Our Chauffeurs will be waiting in the arrival lounge just after you pick up your luggage and will hold up a sign showing the lead passenger's name. If there is a problem finding our Chauffeurs, please contact the phone number shown on your voucher. All incoming flights are monitored, so you are safe in case your arrival is delayed. In case of a canceled flight, your transfer will be automatically canceled, free of charge. Your private Chauffeur speaks English and will be happy to help you with any questions you may have about the city. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with your mobile or cell phone number in order to contact you in case of any change or if our Chauffeur can't see you at the meeting point. In the confirmation, you will also receive our emergency number, and in case of any query, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Terrible customer service
British Airways rebooked our ticket while we were in aiir because the flight from Las Vegas to Heathrow was late and we could not make our connecting flight to Basel. I called Viator as soon as we arrived in London to tell you we were arriving late in Basel because of flight delay, and asked for a later pickup. I was told that no one could pick us up later and it would be considered a NO SHOW.

Excellent mid-night airport transfer
Our flight to Basel was delayed, but I was able to talk with someone at the transfer company before boarding the flight. They assured me that the driver would be informed. Then after the plane started to back away from the gate, it was delayed another 45 minutes while waiting for a mechanic to fix a broken down plane tug that had pushed a plane behind us. Despite not being able to contact the driver again, he was happily waiting for us in the wee hours at the arrivals exit. He grabbed our bags which was a relief after traveling for about 24 hours from the Pacific Northwest in the states. On the way out of the airport, we observed travelers waiting for non-existent taxis and an infrequent bus to Basel at that time of night. I thought that the cost of our comfortable and efficient airport transfer was a great value compared to the overall costs for our journey to Basel.

Perfect driver
Patrick was so awesome. He changed his schedule twice to adjust to my travel times being changed by the airline. He also set us up with a coworker for an additional ride.

Airport pick up from Basel.
The service was very efficient and our driver was very friendly and shared very interesting knowledge regarding the city we were visiting.

Taxi is better
Pickup instructions are very poor. Instruction was to pick up luggage & exit & driver will be there holding my name sign. No one told us that there are 2 exits, the Swiss & French. We waited for 30 minutes after emails to viator & Rhomtrip. Next time I’ll take taxi.
