In the afternoon, rejoin your driver for the final stop: Interlaken, where you'll enjoy some leisure time to explore this charming village at your own pace. The city's main avenue starts near the main railway station (Höheweg) and runs to the city's central park, the Höhematte. There you will find shops, cafés, hotels, restaurants and many souvenirs. In the afternoon during summer, the park is filled with hang gliders in the sky. Opposite the park is the luxurious Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa. A walk along the banks of the River Aare is also recommended. This area is full of pubs and restaurants and is quieter than the main avenue.
