Paid for access I don’t receive in Zurich
Paid for lounge access through Viator. Lounge attendant said that the barcodes Viator sent were invalid and would not let us in.

No one knows the voucher
In the Asphire and Mahaba Lounge, they knew nothing about this voucher. I almost had to pay extra. The staff in the lounge were very accommodating and helpful. Better to book lounge access on-site or on the official website
