Please make sure to provide your accurate and valid mobile phone number so that the Local can get in touch with you if needed. Be 15 minutes before the start of the Experience at the meeting point and have a fully charged phone with you, so that the Local can contact you in case of an emergency. Also, have your ticket with you to show the Local at the beginning of the Experience. The itinerary and stops may vary depending on the wish of the travellers and the walking pace as well as the weather!

Lugano walking tour
Tej was an excellent guide. He gave us a good overview of the history of Lugano and the Ticino region and showed us the highlights of the city. The tour was very interesting and he was a good storyteller.

A Lovely Day in Lugano
This was our first time in Lugano. Florane was our guide and she was an absolute delight. Aside from giving us an excellent historical overview of the city and various sites (churches, monuments, plazas), she gave us practical advice about traveling in this city. She spoke English fluently and shared funny anecdotes as well. In short, if we ever travelled back here again - my wife and I would love to have her as our tour guide again. She was great.

Interesting tour
Florane was wonderful! Pointed out very historical points of the city explaining with a lot of detail, she was very knowledgable, very pleasant and patient let us stop in several places of interest. we found the Riva family history very interesting.

A new friend showed me a new town for a perfect day!
Florane is an amazing and personable guide. It's like having a friend show you around their beloved town. She took into account my limited mobility issues and worked a great deal into our time together with a smooth flow. I was pleased she was able to answer my questions with confident knowledge. And brought a customized and personal touch to our tour. We chatted informally and comfortably as if we'd met before. Near the end Florane texted me notes on places to explore, shop and eat. She made sure my next few days would be full. I feel like I know Lugano now in a way I would not if I'd taken a standard tour, or explored on my own! This was money well spent and a great bargain, I hope I tipped her enough for the great afternoon she treated me to.

Excellent!
The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. She showed us around the city and pointed out all the highlights and answered all our questions.

Great walking tour
Florane was a great tour guide and really helped us make the most of our little time in Lugano. While we got there a bit before our tour we walked through the streets to get a feel for the city ourselves. Once we started our tour she showed us beautiful art and architecture that we had missed while walking ourselves. At the end out of our tour she took time to help us navigate the cities public transportation so that we could see the top of monte San Salvatore.
