The Best of Lucerne walking Photo Tour is rich in photographic possibilities, complete with remarkable iconic Landmarks and interesting back-streets with secret vantage points. The views from the Alpine Landscape are breath-taking. Lucerne is culturally diverse offering a fantastic contrast of old and new, and offers a lot of creative photography experiences. We will capture the soul of the most charming swiss city with our camera and get back home with long lasting memories. This is a small group tour (8 persons)

Walk along the ancient wall of Lucerne city. We walk uphill to enjoy the most beautiful alpine panoramic views!

Explore the fortification area. We will walk on the wall along three towers (summer time) otherwise in winter, we walk along the wall to admire the 9 towers and the wall.

short stay is enough
It's a beautiful town, but you don't need to stay long. I'd recommend visiting small breweries, like Lucerner Bier, and a boat/catamaran cruise on the lake.

Photos with Luis
We did a private photography tour with Luis Medina. I had a new mirrorless Nikon that was stressing me out and Luis was great at helping me remember the basics of Aperture, Speed and ISO. He’s great at helping to frame pictures as well. Enjoyed very much the places we walked and the pictures I got!

An amazing trip in Luzern
Our guide László is very nice and brought us to view and enjoy the beautiful scenes of Lucerne. He is friendly and helpful throughout the tour.

The tour that didn't happen
I am disappointed. It was cancelled at the last minute. I booked for 20 Feb 2023. I waited for the guide who did not show up. I called the number on the booking email and was informed the cancellation is due to the carnival which is happening in Lucern for 3 days. He claimed he sent an email cancellation 2 hours prior. But I checked my email he only sent 1 hour prior. I had arrived in Lucern on that day at 2pm and rushed to the meeting place at 3PM as not to waste any time. I am sorely disappointed with the casualness attitude. This carnival happens yearly and why oh why do you accept booking when you knew it is not going to happen? And to add insult to the injury, you give empty hope that you could arrange another tour the next day but only informed at a very late hour at 11.23 PM on 20 Feb 23. that it is not going to happen yet again. Ofcourse I am promised to get my refund. But the unprofessional attitude is uncalled for. Not only that because of difference of currencies I get SG$10 less than what I paid for. Not to mention expensive telephone call to speak and checked with company, I think must be the guide himself. I did not know about the carnival in Lucern till I reached there. I would give minus zero and no star. I did my DIY walking tour the next morning when the roads are quieter which is more rewarding.

the host is so fun.
it was so goooooooood to walk in Lucerne with the host. he is such a fun person. It was so much fun because it was a time to listen to knowledge based on historical events.
