Travel from Zermatt by aerial cableway to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. The peak on which the highest mountain station in Europe lies. Surrounded by 38 four-thousanders and 14 glaciers in three countries, this peak captivates everyone. At the peak you have the opportunity to visit the Glacier Palace, a airytale world made of glittering ice crystals with an ice slide, accessible crevasse and various photo points. From the highest viewing platform in Europe, you have a unique and seemingly limitless mountain panorama at their feet. The 360° panorama provides a view of 38 four-thousanders and 14 glaciers in France, Italy and Switzerland. At the Cinema Lounge you will see film sequences on topics such as alpinism, fauna and flora, mountain railways or ice and snow take viewers into the fascinating Zermatt mountains

Spectacular Tour
This was an unbelievable tour! Tony was so friendly & knowledgeable. He gave us so much information about all the mountains besides the Matterhorn. He even gave us a little tour of the town of Zermatt. He went over & beyond.

Fantastic Tour!
The entire day was wonderful. We met Michael at the meeting point and started with a mini city tour. All of his commentary was so interesting! Then headed to the gondola to start our tour of the Matterhorn. It was fantastic. Michael had wonderful facts and was an incredible guide. The advice to dress warm was perfect at the summit but the weather was great up to that point so dress in layers. Highly recommend!

Great way to learn a bit...
Great way to learn a bit about Zermatt and the surrounding area while making your way to such a unique experience. Our guide Michael was great- accommodating, flexible, and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend- be sure to bring warm clothes. No matter how hot it is in town, it is cold inside a glacier!

Matterhorn and glacier
There about a 15-20 minute walk to the Lift you will take up into the mountains. Have something warm to wear when you reach the glacier. I would highly recommend this experience. Our guide, Michael was very friendly, considerate of any limitations we might have, and so informative.
